đ Recommended Resources
The list below represents a summary of the works that have had a significant impact on my journey up until the present moment, as well as the software tools I use to do what I do. They are not listed in order of importance, only alphabetical for convenience. Perhaps they will be beneficial for you also.
It is important to understand that I provide many resources here related to the practice of Hermetics. The resources below are intended to assist in deepening understanding of these concepts. The should not and cannot act as a substitute for practical study in an authentic mystery school.
Reading
Read at your leisure:
Dan Koe - I only recently discovered Danâs work. Dan is not only a gifted writer, he lives what he shares. Not to mention the fact he is a great entrepreneur. He exemplifies, in my opinion, the kind of man we will encounter more of in coming generations.
Dr. Elias Rubenstein - There are not words in the languages of men or angels to express what the work of Dr. Rubenstein has brought into my life. It is much of the reason I have come to this place in my life. It has been my honor to have a hand in the English translation in many of the books below. If you are serious about transforming your life and cutting straight to the core⊠skip everything else on this page and start here.
Dr. Joseph Murphy - Dr. Murphyâs work is widely known. His book on the subconsciousâwhile basicâis a definitive classic on mental mastery.
Dr. Richard Smoley - This recommendation is primarily for those stepping out of traditional religious Christianity who seek a more intellectual, historical understanding of modern church doctrine as we know it. It exposes not a few fundamental flaws and will challenge your paradigm.
Hermetic Academy Library - Here you will find one of the most comprehensive online libraries for Hermetic study and inspiration.
Hermetic Academy Training - I have been a student of Hermetic Academy for ten years. The western mystery tradition is alive and preserved in its teaching and practical daily exercises. If you want real, lasting transformation you will find it here.
James Allen - A bit obscure, but if you spend any time watching self-development videos on YouTube, this probably shows up on your feed. Forty-five minutes of hard, liberating truth.
Maria Szepes - Mariaâs writing is not something that can be categorized or explained. It is rare, unique, and will shatter your precious illusions. I canât recommend it enough.
Mark Booth - A bit more light-hearted, historical, and thought provoking. More for the curious intellectual or the soul who has just left the Church and wants to crack open their long-held mental constructs.
Mark Stavish - This recommendation is for deeper esoteric study for someone who is already familiar with basic Hermetic, esoteric theory. It will help illuminate some concepts I discuss in my writing, so feel free to take the leap. If you want to understand how the mass media is programming you and want to change that, this one is good.
Three Initiates - The Kybalion needs no introduction or explanation. Read this first before anything else.
Wallace D. Wattles - Another definitive classic from the early 20th century. Simple. Practical. Timeless.
William Walker Atkinson - Probably the most well-known voice of the New Thought movement.
